Note on streetlights
The vast majority of streetlights in Knockin are owned and managed by Shropshire Council. Problems with these streetlights should be reported directly to Shropshire Council via Fix My Street.
Knockin Parish Council only owns 4 streetlights in Knockin parish, which can be found in the following locations:
- Streetlight No.1: Kinnerley Rd, 1 x light and metal column, outside Carneal on Homestead gardens (what3words ref: ///lavender.eliminate.slides).
- Streetlight No.2: 1 x light mounted on wooden telegraph pole, Church Lane, patch of grass near Lych gate (what3words ref: ///grapevine.depended.joke).
- Streetlight No.3: 1 x light mounted on wooden telegraph pole, end of Church Lane, outside No.1 Church View (what3words ref: ///absent.outdoors.losses).
- Streetlight No.4: 1 x light and metal column, near no. 14 Church View (what3words ref: ///napped.spouting.important)
Please report any faults or issues with Parish Council-owned streetlights via the form below or email the Clerk. Please give as much information as possible about the streetlight fault, e.g. sparking, light flickering, light not coming on at night, light on during the day, etc. This will help our contractors identify and resolve the problem.
