The annual Knockin Duck Race in aid of Knockin Village Hall was originally scheduled for late September, however due to multiple heatwaves, and very little rainfall all summer it was decided to postpone the race until 18th October 2026 to ensure there was enough water in the Weir Brook for the ducks to be able to race!

The new event details are below:

  • KNOCKIN DUCK RACE
  • DATE: 18.10.2026
  • VENUE: KNOCKIN VILLAGE HALL
  • TIME: Hall open from 1pm, race at 2pm.
  • All proceeds go to Knockin Village Hall.

Ducks are available for £2, from the Knockin Shop, the Bradford Arms, Parish Councillors, and on the day.

Refreshments in the Hall before and after the race. Come have some fun and support your local Village Hall!
