Knockin Parish Council: Extra Ordinary Planning Meeting
Proposed Residential Development Land North East Of Bradford Drive, ref: 25/04441/FUL
As the above planning application has been significantly amended there is now a re-consultation period. Due to the timing of notification this application WILL NOT be considered at the ordinary Parish Council meeting on Tues 10th March, as it is not on the agenda. A separate Extra Ordinary Planning meeting has been called to consider the amended application.
NB. The Parish Council has requested an extension to consider the amended application as it has only been given 14 days (deadline of 18th March), but we have not yet heard back as to whether an extension is possible. If an extension is granted, then the Extra Ordinary meeting may be pushed back by a few days to allow Council members more time to consider the significant amount of additional documentation associated with the amended planning application. Please check the Parish Council website and local noticeboards, as we will update these when we find out more.
